Fee calculation
Appraisal service fees are defined as the sum of the basic fees and VAT and for non-appraisal services such as consultation, the legal fee table is not applicable.

2. Actual expenses and VAT etc
The actual expenses are divided into expenses, expenses for issuance of public register, fees for investigation and other expenses
Actual Expenses | Determined by the expense table that Korea Association of Property Appraisers suggested and the Minister of Land, Transport and Infrastructure approved. |
Issue cost of public register | The cost of issuing the public register, cadastral, parcel map, urban planning details etc necessary for checking whether or not there’s a limit in law shall be calculated by sum of fixed amount of travel cost and revenue stamp. |
Other actual expenses | The cost of accompanying work requested by client such as the photographing, lease confirmation, foreign language translation of appraisal report, etc. is calculated at the normal cost. |
